Yeast based cinnamon rolls with icing. Available freshly made or frozen to bake at home (great for holidays).

Choux Pastry Tarts:

You know the ones, icing on the top, filling in the middle, except these you don’t need to put in the toaster. Available with any filling/frosting combination by request.

Sponge Roll:

Homemade apple butter with local VT apples. Simmered over 24 hours and made with a special blend of warming spices.


Giant Marshmallows:
